Dingaro is a place to connect, exchange ideas and take part in thoughtful conversation. Different perspectives are welcome. These rules apply to posts, comments, groups, forums, messages and uploads.
Disagree with care
Challenge ideas, not a person’s dignity. No threats, harassment, bullying, hateful abuse or targeting people because of who they are. Avoid personal attacks and repeated unwanted contact.
Contribute honestly
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliations. Distinguish personal experience and opinion from factual claims. Where possible, link to sources and correct mistakes. Disclose a financial or personal interest when recommending something.
Respect privacy
Do not publish someone else’s private details, messages or identifying information without permission. Do not copy private community conversations outside Dingaro without the permission of those involved. A members-only area is not a guarantee of confidentiality.
Share responsibly
Only upload material you have the right to share. Credit creators and respect copyright. Do not post unlawful material, scams, malicious links or content that encourages harm. Avoid unsolicited advertising, repetitive promotion and spam.
Keep conversations useful
Choose the relevant group or topic, stay reasonably on subject and give others room to contribute. Follow any additional rules shown in a group. Do not evade moderation by creating another account.
Reports and moderation
Use a report control where available, or contact us with a link and a brief explanation. Do not escalate a dispute by encouraging others to target someone.
Moderators may move or remove content, limit participation, or suspend an account when needed to address a breach or protect the community. The response should reflect the seriousness and context of the issue. If you think a decision was mistaken, contact us and ask for a review.
Public articles and private community
Voices articles are publicly readable. Community areas require membership and sign-in. Newsletter subscription is separate from a member account.
