These terms explain the use of Dingaro at dingaro.com. Read them with our Rules of Engagement and Privacy Policy.
Voices articles are available to the public. A registered account and sign-in are required for community areas. Newsletter subscription is separate and does not create a member account.
Provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure and do not share access to your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for your own activity; you are not automatically responsible for activity outside your control.
Follow the Rules of Engagement, respect other members and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, send spam or collect members’ personal information without permission.
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it, you give Dingaro permission to store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate the service and make it available to the audience you selected. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work.
Removing content from the site may not immediately remove backup copies or copies independently made by other people. Please contact us about removal requests.
Public articles and their visible responses may be read by anyone. Members-only access limits access to community pages, but does not guarantee that another member will not copy or share content. Do not post information you need to keep confidential.
Contributors express their own views. Site content is general information and discussion; check important claims and seek advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on them.
Dingaro may remove content or restrict access to address breaches, security issues or legal obligations. Action should be proportionate to the issue. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review through Contact Us. Urgent protective action may be taken first.
You can stop using the site and contact us to request account closure. Unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in the email. Unsubscribing does not close a member account.
Maintenance, faults or circumstances outside our control may interrupt the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable consumer guarantees.
Updates to these terms will be published here. Material changes affecting members will be brought to their attention where reasonably practicable. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen. For questions or complaints, contact us.
